Biography: Marco Fabiano studied both fine art and ceramics in art school. His work presents the common objects of modern life in a retro-vintage style. His Italian heritage informs his art work, with a special emphasis on Italian expresso and Renaissance and Romanesque themes, as well as other aspects of what might be called the "culture of sophistication," including high fashion, gourmet cuisine, and cocktail drinks, such as martinis. He has described his work as "making every day objects into things of beauty." He currently lives in British Columbia, Canada, with this wife and children.
