Vintage Pennsylvania Railroad Posters

Vintage Pennsylvania Railroad Posters Vintage Pennsylvania Railroad Posters are a great way to decorate your living space in a railroad, transportation, or travel theme. The Pennsylvania Railroad (or PRR) initially connected Pittsburgh and Harrisburg starting in 1846. In 1857, the PRR acquired the remainder of the main line running from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh from the state. The line continued to expand, to Baltimore (1860s), Washington D.C. (1870s), and Washington D.C.-New York (1880s). In the 1910s through 1930s, the PRR electrified much of its eastern seaboard lines. In 1968, the Pennsylvania Railroad and the New York Central merged to form Penn Central, which then filed for bankruptcy in 1970, with Amtrak taking over their passenger rail service and Conrail their freight business. Conrail went bankrupt and was split up in 1999. Satisfaction is guaranteed.* Orders are 100% secure.* Click any thumbnail to view a larger version or make a purchase.
