Biography: Francisco Tamagno was born 1851 in Portugal. He died in 1933. In the 1880s, he moved to Paris where he worked as the lead designer for the Camis printing house. He is particularly known for his bicycle poster designs he created for Terrot Cycles. Other poster designers also noted for designing bicycle posters include Pal (Jean de Palealogue), Henri Gray, Georges Massias, Georges Favre, and Lucien Baylac.
